In excellent condition. Some of the pages in the book are loose. It was not bound very well, however, this has been an issue with all of the copies of Hexed we have sold over the years. It’s the way it was bound. Not a huge deal, but book can be treated more like a folio than a book you can open wide like a normal one. 4 personal pieces.
